Governance
The Bouddi Society Inc. was established in 2001. It has a governing committee of 8 office bearers and is responsible for the overall operations of the Society. The Bouddi Foundation for the Arts is responsible for the disbursement of all tax-deductible moneys received into the Public Fund. The Foundation committee is chaired by John Bell AO OBE and committee members are listed on the Committee page on this website.
The Foundation reports twice a year to the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and has its accounts externally audited annually.
